Manage the day to day operations of 1,220,263 sq feet of Class A office space for Coventry Southern Health based out of Bethesda MD.Responsible for contract negotiation for the US properties via national accounts, in an effort to save / cut operating cost.Responsible for traveling and maintaining the facilities between the 11 sites across the US. Required to travel to all sites within each quarter and report into owner with required reports.Responsible for annual budget for the 11 properties. Consisting of capital improvements, large scale mechanical systems and upgrades. Liaison between JLL and senior management with Coventry organization.Main focus is to save operating cost for Coventry Southern Health, in first quarter of assignment, managed to save upwards of $300,000.This was achieved by pooling resources and conducting RFP’s.
