• Managed new hire sales classes of 50-100 trainees through our 6 week instructor lead program. • Helped manage the role out of program training to Micro Warehouse employees during CDW’s 2003 acquisition of select assets. • Assisted in the design and implementation of the sales academy program. Collaboratively worked with sales directors to develop program, methods, and materials.
