Co. Scholarship (THINK BIG), Apprentice & Boot Camp Programs by identifying qualified candidates through testing , interviews, conducting orientation with students/parents, and monitoring students throughout the program.• Identify and Maintain internet resources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder, ArmyPays.com, Associated Equipment Distributors, and all ACAP and TAP centers on selected military bases.• Identify recruiting sources and implement the best strategies resulting in an increase of qualified applicants.• Develop relationships with the 75 hiring managers, providing qualified candidates based on specific job requirement• Track sources, interviews, hires through a hiring management system (Ulti Pro), providing results (ROI), reporting directly to the Senior VP of Human Resources.• Build and Maintain consistent partnerships with FFA and Skills USA – partnering with and hosting state diesel competitions for each.
