Conducted research and helped create a survey for a Disability and Employment Policy grant funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Advocated on behalf of Massachusetts consumers in order to resolve their disputes with businesses. Specialized in complaints pertaining to the automotive industry, ranging from repair shops and dealerships to lenders and banking institutions. Fielded calls from residents on the Massachusetts Consumer Hotline six hours each week-provided referrals to legal resources or government agencies, basic consumer guidance, education materials, and directions on how to file complaints against businesses, agencies, or non-profit organizations. Gained experience in data entry, administrative work, analyzing trends and patterns, and directly assisted a visually impaired colleague.

Raised money for the ACLU to support its legal efforts to overturn the Trump Administration's "Muslim Travel Ban."

Appointed by the mayor to two-consecutive terms. Worked with colleagues to improve Hillsborough's sustainability rating from the State of New Jersey by proposing, debating, and implementing policies, activities, and projects that would positively impact the ecology of the Township.
