Being employed at the Guinness Storehouse meant working at the pinnacle of the Tourism industry, not only in Ireland but in the world.Starting off as a retail assistant I eventually negotiated my way into the position where I was seen as an asset to the business due to my creative background. It was then when I began creating content both internally and externally for the Guinness Storehouse brand, a goal I had in mind since beginning employment there in 2015.This content echoed both quality and innovation. Two pillars the historic brand has endeared since its beginning back in 1759 and which I planned to do my best to maintain. As a Creative Assistant it was my responsibility to:-To assist in all design related decisions undertaken at "The Store".-To create briefs for the various agencies and print companies that "the Store" collaborates with.-To create fresh content for "The Store" ranging from small print to large media.-To pre visualize instore installations.-Co-ordinate with all other sectors of the business on internal functions and corporate events, including gifting, display and customisation and staff outings.

It is extremely important to keep the client involved as in the end the product will be a representation of either them or their business.

Engaging with customers on a casual level whilst maintaining a professional attitude. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment all whilst working in a high pressure, customer facing, labour intensive environment.
