As a member of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Fire Protection Team, I was involved with regular inspection, testing, and up keep of the fire protection systems and monitoring systems. I was also part of the Fire Team responsible for fire suppression, EMS, technical rescue such as high angle and confined space, a member of our Hazardous Materials Technician cadre. Other duties assigned was training, as a CPR Instructor I facilitated and lead CPR classes as well as renewals of our other plant team members.
