- Full cycle of senior living/real estate complex investment and development (urban regeneration as well), from deal origination, conversion to delivery, developing Lendlease China strategy and criteria in first tier cities mainland China.- Strategic partnership with boutique SOEs and prime local developers, and collaboration with operators and agencies.- Government affairs and branding issues with Austrade.- Oversee handovers, positioning, development plans, cost control, performance analysis and board issues, alliance with DM, PM, EHS, legal and compliance team.

- Real estate equity investments and development among major cities in Yangtze Triangle District (YTD), overseeing off-market and M&A opportunities, with due diligence, financial analysis, screening, structuring and closing.- Engagement with 15 affiliated companies and joint ventures in development, operation, performance enhancement and divestments.- Engagement in urban regenerations of industry park of affiliated HPL, HWCC, HCMT.- Government and prime developer relations.- Investment strategy and development research.

- Corporate real estate investment network planning, strategy and guidelines, focusing mainland China off-market riverside town developments.- Review investment potentials of regional office, follow up on deals negotiations and closing.- Lead research team in quarterly policy and market paperwork.- Lead company set-up, government relations and etc.

- Government and prime developer consultations regarding town development, regeneration and urban area planning, alliance with design team.- Lead market research, catchment analysis, zoning ordinances studies, strategy positioning, pricing, phasing, evaluation and potential investors.

- Full process development and marketing consultancy, including proposals, strategy position, tenant mix, pricing, and revenue analysis.- Government and prime developer zoning consultancy, including layout, industry selection, key drive, land vale and real estate recommendations.- Foreign equity consultancy on market, legal issues, SWOT and feasibility research.
