I am a business builder, an efficiency fanatic, a leader, a team player, and an innovation advocate.As a founder and executive of a successful sports licensed product company for 20 years and my recent role as General Manager of a 3PL business, I have been on the sales front lines, developed sales talent and been client facing in many roles. I have developed and managed systems, operations, international contract manufacturing, global supply chain to include freight forwarding to small parcel solutions and Pro and Collegiate Licensing relationships. Other responsibilities include P&L, personnel, facilities, and client services. I have the communication and leadership skills to achieve mission first for stakeholders while creating a rewarding and positive teamwork environment.When I am not trying to grow or improve a business, I am a sports enthusiast, a little league coach and a lover of international food and travel. I am a forever learner who loves improvement for the goal, the people, and the joy of new knowledge.
