My experience in Higher Education began in the Fall of 2013 The course load I currently teach is Early Learning, (Early Childhood Education), I am instructing 7 different course's Introduction to ECE, 3 Program Administration, Health, Safety and Nutrition, and Communication, Introduction to Early Education, & Child Development. I have spent 20+ years in Early Education covering a multitude of areas within the educational setting. I have prepared lesson plans and daily schedules; worked closely with district and school staff (i.e. Kindergarten teacher, specialist, librarian, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, principal, and vice principal). During my years, I have organized classrooms; built and created environments designed for Early learning; conducted student evaluations; led parent-teacher conferences; communicated with parents and other teachers on a daily basis. I have worked with a number of different curricula. I am also well trained and have held administrative, and leadership positions; my experience includes conducting Staff meetings with classroom staff, Creating and organizing, the facilitation of parent meetings, other administrative tasks such as scheduling, monthly audits, field-incoming inquiries; communicate with established and potential parents.

As a student teacher, my primary job is actually that of a student, but I share and use my knowledge and qualifications to teach students.
