The CADI team and I make sure that materials are here and available for the production team to use. We are also responsible for cycle counts on all products here on site to help maintain accurate inventory levels. I have also been responsible for all shipments we send out to make sure they are correct and invoiced properly as well as researching any variances reported back to use. This includes all warehouses that have our products located in them ,including regular audits of our 3PL shipper.

My team and I are responsible for maintaining the products in house throughout their entire life span in the building, from inbound to outbound. Making sure the on hand quantities are accurate and helping to resolve any issues, both in-house and any client discrepancies. Finding loss inventory and completing any orders turned over to the department from the picking team.

My duties as a Wave Planner include organizing and distributing the workload for 20 - 30 people. I am also trained in every aspect of outbound shipments from pulling tickets, directed work, to loading trailers. The Red Prairie WMS has allows me to change peoples workload instantly to what needs done and is easily configured to prioritize the workload for the entire crew.

During my stay at Circuit City I was always in the Roadshop installation bays. I went through their Management Advancement Program designed specially for the installation division. Upon completion I spent almost a year running a shop that needed some help. It was one of the least profitable and trained shops in the area. After setting up a training program for the crew there we started exceeding our budgets within a few month. I was also in charge of all other areas for the department and day to day operations of both the shop and car audio sales floor.
