I'm the Vice President of Services here at DataBankIMX. I lead a team of Install, Support, Development, and Cloud engineers where we work closely with you to understand your goals, then determine the steps that will drive you forward. With the expertise the team has, we're able to analyze problems and design solutions to fit the way our customers work saving them time and money.Since I've been fortunate enough to be in the ECM world since 2004, I've learned how scanning, repository, and workflow products can work together helping customers create a more efficient business process and make it work seamlessly. I've worked in some sort of customer service role for most of my life which has helped me bridge technical ideas and translate them so all audiences can understand.
