As CFO for North America’s highly challenging Club Channel, provided financial, strategic, and stewardship leadership for Costco, Sam’s and Bj’s, 3 of the top 12 largest customers for P&G in the world. Delivered sales and profit growth on this $4 billion business faster than the balance of North America region for 4 consecutive years.

Served as Global Finance Manager for our Market Development Organizations. Responsible for developing the right capabilities for our F&A personnel who worked externally with retailers and distributors. Delivered improved business results by leading a step-change improvement in capability in the Global Sales Finance organization. Traveled the globe training and coaching hundreds of Customer Team Finance Managers in critical areas such as: penetrating the retailer, capturing and commercializing value, True Score Carding and Joint Business Planning.

Worked as Team Finance Manager for several of Procter & Gambles largest Customer Teams... including Delhaize America, BJ's Wholesale Club and Dollar General. Led and managed all areas of Finance from internal controls, to budgeting, forecasting, investment justification, Joint Business Planning, scorecarding and strategic planning.

Responsible for growing the top and bottom line results in selected Home Care brands by leading in all areas of financial analyis.... including F&A rep on multifunctional Initiative Teams, Cost analysis, merchandising analysis, Initiative analsyis, Pricing, etc. Key customers were V.P./General Manager of Home care for North America and Brand Managers for Home Care Brands.
