- Execute the production of UCLA Football Watch Party on-campus presented by both the UCLA student body and Target- Ensure all elements of Target's branding objectives are met while creating an atmosphere comparable to actually being at the game vs a top 25 ranked team (Utah)- Work closely with Account Director in providing new and interactive marketing initiatives and activities while remaining within set budget of client

- Manage installation and supply of operations compound located on USC Campus - Coordinate vendor installation timelines and provision of un-scoped equipment/materials with all participating venues - Oversee timely installation & correct placement of tents, power, bleachers, etc...all temporary overlay - Coordinate closely with venue stakeholders, merchandise teams, and broadcast crews to ensure streamlined operating conditions- Work closely with Venue Event Manager re: the look and flow of the venue & with signage vendor on installation plan and timeline

- Acting director of any event including, but not limited to, planning, oversight, and communication of all facets involved in the management of a large scale event- Maintained control of event budgets from production meeting through settlement process- Conducted weekly production meetings detailing and delegating requests to each of the departments heads involved in the event process- Created, booked, promoted, and managed HDC’s first home-grown event, ‘South Bay Food Fest’ in October 2011

- Managed the event operations staff of 15 part-time Ops employees tasked with pre event set-ups and post event strikes- Oversight of the maintenance of the venue and in 2011, created HDC’s first sustainability program including leading the ‘Green Team’, implementing a facility-wide recycling program, and issuing and enforcing sustainability guidelines in accordance with AEG’s OneEarth program- Created a new revenue stream bringing in $120k/annual utilizing an event furniture rental program available to both event promoters and HDC tenants

- Established daily communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers- Managed product stock levels, re-orders, sales, and product placement via website- Assisted in merchandise marketing and product development
