Graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree. Began my career at Georgia Power Company as a Cooperative Student in Power Generation. My broad experieince at Georgia Power includes marketing and sales, Distribution and Transmission. I am currently a manager of managers and have been responsible for statewide organizations of 110 employees and budgets exceeding $100 million. I have extensive storm restoration experience at local and statewide levels and extensive experieince leading large off system storm teams assisting other utilities. I also have extensive experieince in workforce planning for skilled craft labor, engineering, and management positions. This experieince includes recruiting, hiring, training and retaining employees as well as strategic planning for future employee needs.
