Developing processes and products that improve mankind and the living conditions for mankind are the true goal of all people with social consciousness. The development of pharmaceuticals, either through new or improved processes or through better equipment, is my goal. Managing the right people the right way is currently my biggest challenge, as the people with whom I work on a daily basis are - without exception - more talented and more motivated than any with whom I have ever worked. My daily goal is to match that right person with the task that needs doing, and in the cases where that person does not exist, my goal becomes doing the job myself until that person comes along.Specialties: 1) statistics2) biotechnology, especially fermentation3) project management in FDA-regulated environments
