• In my current role as Chief Risk Officer, I:

• Deployed and tracked existing payday loan portfolio and successfully migrated 98% of manual underwriting to automated decisioning.
• Responsible for all loan forecasting, including the development of loss forecasting models and validation of all predictive models.
• Provided strategic planning and support in adjusting internal products and processes to reduce risk exposure. Prepared and implemented daily reporting, delivered extensive profitability reporting, and implemented.

• In my previous role as Vice President, Risk Management, Strategic Decision Analytics, I:
• Developed and maintained third-party relationship with an application processing vendor to provide automated decisions and produced reporting and tracking to validate processes.
• Oversaw and ensured company compliance by preparing and maintaining OCC Exception reporting and implementing Board reporting.
• Developed and maintained analysis for credit policy changes. Including recommendations and implementation of payment-to-income and loan-to-value standards for credit policy.
• Developed and implemented application scorecards to produce an increase in automated underwriting at a third-party vendor.
• Authenticated performance and maintained all due diligence on Scorecards, resulting in a 20% increase in automated decisions.
