PresidentNextfitness Nov 2008 - Mar 2010Nextfitness was the new name for Podfitness after we settled a massive lawsuit with Steve Jobs and Apple. They wanted the name "Pod" and we spent over a million dollars disagreeing. Finally I realized they were too big to fight and they gave us the rights to "next" for fitness. (Next was Jobs previous company.) Next time I'll save the million and skip the fight.

Apple asked for the name Pod, after we spent a million dollars telling them no, we gave it to them and changed the name to Nextfitness. Nextfit followed as a distribution company. A great, wonderful way to spend 4-5 years, no kidding. -
