* Mobile phone project design lead.* Integration and verification of digital and analog circuits and systems, including CAD placement and schematic capture using Mentor Graphics applications.* Deliver complete, verified and Regulatory Type Approved Baseband solutions for assigned project.* Responsible for system level ESD and EMC performance.* Mentor and assign tasks to junior BB Design Engineers, and coordinate their development efforts.* Compile technical reports, present Baseband solutions, and represent the design team at technical reviews.* Provide documentation and engineering support to manufacturing.* Integrate vendor supplied Bluetooth solutions into mobile phones.* Collaborate with other SEMC design sites and disciplines including mechanical, software, RF, antenna, and procurement organizations.

* Lead Representative of Transceiver Verification to Project Management, HVM, and Software groups.* Provide technical assistance to RF Design, HVM, Cellular carrier support, and external Regulatory Type Approval.* Develop verification test plans and department processes.* Design and integrate RF verification test systems and test cases based on industry specifications (AMPS, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, Bluetooth) using NI LabView, MS Access, GPIB, and all related RF test equipment.* Radio level RF verification of mobile phones, including detailed documentation of performance characteristics.

* Manage Engineering debug Technician workloads based on backlog WIP and OEM delivery schedules.* Monitor test cycle times and yields on multiple product lines.* Provide root cause and corrective analysis of failures to OEM and manufacturing.* Provide Engineering test support and training to engineering technicians and test operators.* Introduce OEM test processes and products into manufacturing.* Functional testing and diagnosis of OEM Telecommunication equipment.* Provide design changes to OEM, and modify functional tests as necessary to enhance circuit coverage.* Develop functional tests and procedures.

Design and develop ATE testing for low-medium voltage military power supplies, using MS Visual Basic, MS Access and related test equipment.Develop functional test processes and procedures.Integration and initial release of hardware, software, and related documentation into manufacturing.
