Supported daily operations of the Atlanta Data Center and provided tier 3 level support for the help desk. Supported remote offices; Setup new development and test environments. Reduced the TCO and increased the ROI by leveraging VMware to reduce the servers from 50 to 5 ESX host for the VMware Infrastructure 3 environment. Accomplishments: Successfully upgraded all external and internal websites from IIS5 to IIS6. Successfully upgraded databases from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. Migrated the Atlanta Data Center to Exton Pennsylvania by using VMware and vReplicator.

Setup new infrastructure for Apartmentguide.com version 2.0 consisting of six Compaq ML 370 for IIS 5.0, two Compaq Proliant 8500 for Microsoft SQL 2000 Server database, and one Compaq Proliant 8000 for data mining and warehousing.Accomplishments: Designing an infrastructure that handles 16 million hits a month and still stayed under budget.

Resolved Novell 4.11 Server problems. Setup and configured Novell 3.12 and 4.1 on Hewlett Packard LH Pro servers and setup Windows NT 4.0 Workstation on PCs using Symantec Ghost 5.0e. Resolved naming resolution problems with DNS and WINS. Installed and configured new Compaq servers with Windows NT 4.0 Server. Setup and configured one server with RAS for dial-in-users.Accomplishments: Solved problem with dial-in using trying to connect to Exchange Server.

Directed project to migrate two Novell 4.1 servers to Windows NT 4.0 Server. Managed four Windows NT 4.0 servers running Lotus CCMail, CCMail Router 8.1, and Rightfax. Setup and configured desktops running Windows 95, Windows 95 Japanese, Microsoft Office 97, Microsoft Office 97 Japanese, CCMail 2.2-6.3, CCMobile, and AS400 Client. Assisted users with software and hardware problems.; Accomplishments: Completed the migration from Novell to Microsoft with no problems and on time.

Setup new users on a Novell 4.1 network and worked with Ghost images. Directed a project involving the setup and configuration of 120 Compaq Deskpro PCs. Installed and configured software including CCMobile, CCMail, Lotus Notes, and SAP. Assisted users with software and hardware problems.
