As the founder and president of JSJ Enterprises (recently merged with Sterling Data Storage), I served as the IT specialist for organizations that did not have an in-house IT team. In this role, I successfully analyzed critical IT requirements, identified deficiencies and potential opportunities, and developed innovative solutions for boosting system reliability and improving overall productivity.

As a quality assurance manager, I was responsible for developing procedures for the comprehensive testing and reporting of software problems, coordinating with other departments to initiate timely correction of errors & release new software, isolating and resolving file repair requests, hiring and training new employees, managing eight full-time employees, providing backup support to Technical Support and Documentation Departments, maintaining product historical databases (versioning process), and maintaining multiple OS testing environments based on product technical requirements.
