With over six years in telecommunications, I have set myself apart as a leader in customer relations and technical troubleshooting ensuring long term relationships with consumers. The majority of my time in the industry was spent in Customer Service where i was consistently a top performing frontline resolution expert. This spearheaded my drive to become a leader in Customer Service at T-Mobile where I became a manager of a team of 12 within the first two years of work. During my time as a manager I consistently drove efficient calls, high value experiences, and expanded sales. I have recently transitioned to the Retail space where I am helping train new hires with best practices and equipping Mobile Experts to achieve their goals. Recently I have been wanting to expand my horizons and lean further into the field of technology by enrolling at Clark College's Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity. Since the onset of our worldwide pandemic in 2020 it has become increasingly necessary to find better ways for our workforce to continue working. Part of this solution is finding ways to be able to work from different environments that are not isolated to the four walls of an office building. With this shift comes the necessity to understand how we connect workers in a safe and secured way, ensuring that proprietary and customer data stays safe and secure.
