A strong advocate of individual liberty who believes that a society is best served, and most sustainable when governments are limited in their power and scope, and individuals are free to pursue their own interests, relying on voluntary charity which is sown in the heart and soul, and reaped by humanity through a reciprocal nature. This is of course, in contrast to the top-down style of government prescribed "charity" where the people are taxed so that the masterminds in government can arbitrarily determine who is worthy and who is not of charity paid for by others.
