The operation manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Plumbing and Mechanical construction and service projects. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Will supervise; project management staff, dispatch staff, warehouse and fleet staff. Oversee the procurement of materials, scheduling of tasks, and communication with stakeholders. Must ensure that all safety regulations and quality standards are met. Additionally, the operations manager will oversee the day to day operations of the office and staff. Must possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and individuals.
