Special assignment for Senior Vice President of Product Manufacturing and Operations. Created greater transparency for senior leadership into Thrivent's methodology for pricing and financial decision making, led a review of the methodology, and gained alignment on needed changes.

Led three teams within the Products division. Contract Forms and Compliance, which drafted insurance contracts, ensured those contracts comply with regulatory requirements, and filed those contracts and other insurance forms with state insurance departments and the IIPRC. Medicare Supplement Management, which was responsible for maintaining the financial strength and competitiveness of the Medicare Supplement product line. Technology and Process Support, which developed the requirements for and tested the insurance illustrations and was responsible for maintaining accurate rates and rate calculations within the product administration systems.

Led corporate actuaries responsible for reserving, reporting, modeling, and analyzing experience for DI, LTC, and Med Sup.
