Sr. Project Manager
CurrentSr. Project Manager (San Diego - Los Angeles)- Responsible for successful project execution of over 100 modular building projects in last 3 years in the Education, Commercial and Construction markets.- Successfully manages an average of 20 concurrent projects valued up to $5MM.- Responsible to prepare, coordinate and manage project schedules, estimates, and change orders.- Supervise daily field operations with Superintendents, contractors, Inspectors, Architects, and Engineers.- Project Management responsibilities include the preparation of all RFI’s, RFC’s, RFQ’s, project related drawings, and supporting documents for permits and AHJ submittal packages while ensuring the project is constructed in a safe, ethical manner, in addition to maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.- Effectively leverage my experience and knowledge daily to drive project level decision making in cross functional peer groups, and implement project strategies that facilitate safe and successful project execution.- Consistently maximize profits and minimized margin erosion by strictly conforming to MS Project schedules, participating in Bluebeam Studio collaborations, and ensuring efficient execution of project scope.- Responsible for the successful installation of over 1000 modular floors in 2018-2019 while maintaining a zero injury record by adhering to, and enforcing, EHS/OSHA safety protocols and JHAs.- Strong working knowledge of CA DSA (Division of State Architect) and DOH/HCD (Dept. of Housing &Community Development), policies and submission protocols.-Steadily increased network of sub-contractors to reduce operating costs and increase quality.
