Program Managers (PMs) serve as liaison to the Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development Assistance and Training (OPDAT) Resident Legal Advisors (RLAs) assigned to the different Embassy, manages millions of dollars of grants for programs, supplies, equipments, etc; offers guidance on OPDAT policies and procedures; conduct analysis of current operations and recommend alternatives; and publish periodicals highlighting achievements by the rule of law components at the Embassy and throughout the provinces

The Senior Grassroots Associate, Shot@Life Campaign is responsible for coordinating grassroots engagement for the Shot@Life Campaign, including coordinating relationships with individual supporters, and local chapters of national partner organizations and school/school-based organizations (in coordination with the Partnership Associate and under the direction of the Deputy Director). The Senior Associate will communicate regularly with campaign fundraisers, and grassroots supporters, and is vital to the success of Shot@Life Campaign as the “front-line” of grassroots engagement. Shot@Life has 675 volunteer supporters in 50 states.

Assigned to a small rural village and provide consultative assistance, needs assessment, and strategic planning and implementation for local grass-root organizations focused on reducing Botswana’s high rate of HIV/AIDS incidence. I provide these services to assisting three organizations: an HIV counseling center, women's empowerment group, and disability advocacy group.

Worked with team to monitor political and socio-economic trends at the state and local level that affected our mission of providing the world with affordable and quality housing.

Worked with a team to implement two community outreach grants. For the first we designed and facilitated a pilot antipoverty program based on community conversations. For the second grant, I managed a free rural low-income tax return site.
