Green Star Properties Limited (GSP) is a real estate investment company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. GSP was founded in October 2001 by Jeff Marshall. GSPs successful business model is to purchase poorly managed and distressed properties requiring significant, non-structural, renovations in geographic areas that meet our investment criteria.We significantly enhance living conditions and maximize the best use of the property, thus increasing property value. GSP then refinances the property and moves the equity to a new property.
