Sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience in public policy. In my current role at Ceres, I leverage business and investor leadership to advance meaningful climate policy in the states, including transportation and building electrification, grid modernization, and putting a price on carbon emissions.As the Executive Director of the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators (NCEL), I grew our team from two to 15 employees, and our annual budget from $600k to $2.3M, all in the service of our mission to advance hundreds of bills concerning clean energy, climate action, and environmental protection across the country. I am also an accomplished fundraiser and strategic planner, with a track record of attracting 25 major institutional funders and hundreds of individual donors to support NCEL's mission and programs. I successfully launched a new website and branding overhaul that bolstered NCEL's reputation as a go-to information source for legislators, reporters, and other advocacy organizations.
