Jeff is a very unique kind of project manager. With 10 years experience as an art director, he moved into the field of project management. As an art director he followed a 'design for development' philosophy, which lead to understanding how the projects he was working on functioned at a code level, and lead to better design and IA. Taking that philosophy into project management, Jeff has a second to none understanding of how to build right the first time. He knows what technologies are right for the job, and what people are right for the job. This leads to better product, done on time, and within budget. He is able to speak to the creative team in terms they understand, and speak with development and convey creative ideas in a way they can understand, and in turn, speak with the account team and outline milestones, possible issues, and educate in a manner they can understand, and relay to clients in their own words.At his core, Jeff just likes to build things. As a project manager he finds job satisfaction in working with the entire agency team, solving all manner of simple to complex problems on a daily basis, and going above and beyond the typical duties of project management.
