My route takes me from Alderdale Washington to West of Stevenson into Washougal at times. This position has helped me to become more proficient at prioritizing, organizing, route planning, working with the general public, and driving.

My last position within Columbiaphytotechnology was that of Lead Technician in Training. The weekdays found me working under a Lead as a Technician. During the weekends my duties were as follows; operate the Radiant Zone Dryer to match product moisture specs, direct personnel in mixing raw product for application onto the Dryer, and coordinate cleaning duties as needed. When acting as a Technician, my duties were to work as directed by my lead.

This position found me working at White Creek Wind Farm. My position was that of Welder’s Helper which had me working as directed by my site supervisor and my welder. Some tasks that were done were; Grinding carbon arched seams for the welding process, setting up the towers entailed; hauling generators and lighting, running power up to the work platform on the scaffolding, making sure that power was sufficient for the grinders and other power tools, and making sure that the scaffolding was correctly erected. Western Fabrication and Siemen have offered me three OSHA and Siemen’s Safety Certifications.
