Responsible for maintaining a Great place to live for the owners. Keep the public area, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center clean and in pristine condition. Hold the owners accountable for policies in the Home Owner Association.Also responsible for the financial operation of the 147 condominiums and the 11 commercial units working together. Help to keep the value getting stronger with the team that is maintaining and cleaning the facility.

Directing a Staff to make sure the property is clean, the pool, fitness center and mechanical items are working. I am also responsible for the financial reports each month- completing the A/R, A/P, coding all invoices, bank reconciliations, and running the financial reports.I 'm also responsible to the 148 owners to make sure that they are happy, work with the banks, title companies, and help to sell the condominiums with relationships.

General Manager for the Ramada Hotel in Appleton, WI. Responsible for total revenue, controlling expenses, net profit, Customer satisfaction and Associate satisfaction. Changed the brand from Ramada to Wingate by Wyndham.Also lead the efforts to get the property out in the community.

Director of Operations for a 400 room property. I oversee the Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, two restaurants, kitchen, banquets (15,000 sq. feet of space), and Security for the building. Total Property Revenue will exceed $15 million, 79% in occupancy. Lead the management team to achieve an 87.8% on Marriott's Quality Assurance inspection, 2nd highest in the company. Associate Opinion Score was the 3 highest in the HEI company, with a 93% overall satisfaction. Increased the Health Inspection score to 100% for the past two inspections

* Responsible for 4 seperate properties: The Mansion Hotel (GM), over saw the construction of the Bohemian Hotel Riverfront Hotel and opened it, oversaw the construction of the Cafe in Forsyth park and opened it, and managed a HOA for a luxury Condominium. * The new properties involved working with the city of Savannah to obtain staffing, permits, inspections. Worked with the VP's of engineering and F&B to make sure we were ready to open each property on time.* Managed approx. 230 managers and Associates. * Generated revenue and profits, Guest satisfaction in all venues. * Increased the Mansion to be #1 on Star Market index, Customer satisfaction increased by 6% in the year. * The Bohemian Hotel was #2 in Star Market index and for a 75 rm. property the sales surpassed budget by $200k and profit by $151k. * The Restaurant was open and on its way to have revenue of $1million in food and catering sales.

* General Manager at the Atlanta Renaissance Downtown Hotel. * Increased sales from $16.5m to $23.8m, increase profit from a 28% to a 34%. * The associate opinion score improved by 24%, the Guest comment score increased by 14%.* This is a 502 guest room, 22k sq ft. of Banquet space, and two restaurant facilities plus room service.* Managed a soft goods renovation of the guest rooms and hallways. * Then worked with the Sales team to re-position it in the market place. This included working with Marriott's national sales team, meeting planners, and travel agents to see the property and show them that we were a much better property and that the service has improved.
