I’ve always been intrigued by the words “Nobody has yet figured this out.” Be it how to create software for the very first PCs, a national standard for how to render filled-in forms on laser printers, or a way to merge local data with remote forms across the Internet prior to the XML and PDF standards, I was able to figure out a way to accomplish it. When it came to protecting the First Amendment rights of the early adopters of on-line message boards, defending the wrongly accused of a high-profile murder, promoting the arts and culture in Myanmar in the face of extreme censorship, or reinstating a government loan guarantee program in American Samoa, I simply felt it was the right thing to do knowing I could help. I feel honored to have been a longtime baseball Board Member in my hometown, as well as thrilled to be the voice of high school track and field in the northeast.
