Owner of a drafting and design service which included work for Intel, Verizon, Sprint and several individual contracts.Work included land acquisition for cellular towers, drafting of site plans for cellular towers, 3-D drawings for Intel's factory upgrade in the Chandler Arizona location. I performed site design for the new Chicago Cubs training facility in Mesa Arizona.Additionally, I completed zoning projects and site planning projects for developers in the Chandler and Mesa area.

Prepared sheet sets for conduit runs for the worlds largest computer chip maker, located in Chandler Arizona.Using AutoCAD to route electrical conduits from fabrication equipment to the power supplies located throughout several floors and long distances. Drafting and dimensioning of the location of the conduits and hangers throughout the facility, new and existing builds.In addition to the computer chip manufacturer, I was involved in the conduit runs for the new Chicago Cubs stadium located in Mesa Arizona.

The WLB Group is a well respected Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Survey and Landscape Architecture firm with offices in Tucson, Phoenix (Tempe), Flagstaff and Las Vegas. Primary responsibilities were managing the Land Planning Department which included the preparing and monitoring of budgets, assignment of tasks, and overseeing my staff. I created unique and functional land plans as well as the processing and approval of several Tentative Plats, a site plan for a charter school, and several mobile home subdivisions. In addition, I am a very capable AutoCAD draftsman. I worked closely with an Indian Reservation in preparing their Master Plans and Comprehensive Zoning and Subdivision Regulations for several of the districts within their tribe.

My responsibilities included, in part, the development, implementation and approval of creative and functional zoning and land plans, plats and reports, totaling more than 17,000 acres in all. In addition to subdivision design, I prepared zoning and site plans for a congregate care facility, numerous commercial sites, model villages and various industrial uses.
