• Served on Active Duty from August 2012 – September 2017.• Serves as the Senior Advisor to the Director during all Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN), disaster, and emergency management operations, exercises, trainings, assignments, internal policies, procedures, and plans.• Lead cross-functional teams in high priority operations in disaster response and crisis management activities, develop emergency plans and procedures for natural, wartime, and technological disasters.• Advise senior leadership and organization on all safety and occupational health issues related to CBRN weapons and materials.• Develop and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal departments emergency operations centers, to include FEMA, to facilitate crisis management development, response effort coordination, supporting emergency management planning efforts, and exchanges of personnel and equipment.• Create plans, orders, and procedures based on the National Response Framework guidance to prevent, prepare, respond to, and recover from terrorist attacks, major disasters, and other emergencies.• Analyze project needs including leading project missions and delivery schedules, establish emergency management strategies, and communicates project status to team, business stakeholders (civilian community), and executive leadership (General Officers).
