At the very early age of 14 years old, I had an epiphany. It was the first time I sat behind a microphone and flipped that ON AIR light to "on". The excitement and fear that consumed me was something I had never felt before. It was right then and there I told myself "this is what I'm doing for the rest of my life!" Push fast forward on the cassette tape of life, and we find ourselves with a different life plan. That plan led me to retail management in the mobile technology arena. An ever changing environment, similar to broadcast media in that respect. A job that requires personality, engagement, a little bit of style, and being able to listen and speak to what you hear. The parallels aside, the transition from one career path to another was a lot more seamless than I thought.So today, I find myself again at another crossroad. Aggressively seeking my next opportunity...hopefully combining the skills attained in both careers into one "Super Career". One that challenges me to become a better person, employee, and leader. Growth is of the utmost importance. Not just for the companies success, but for my own as well. Let's set some goals together and build the plan to get there.
