I have always been interested in how people handle change and have dedicated my professional career to effectively lead change at the personal, family, and business levels. The monsters in our minds are real. Resistance is normal. We need to be thoughtful with our approaches to change. Change management that leads to successful adoption is an amazing adventure!I also enjoy the strategic planning process. Whittling things down to the most important processes that drive success. Everything can't be a strategic priority.A dynamic change agent that will challenge the status quo, I enjoy the challenge of inviting organizations to consider new mindsets and paradigms to achieve desired results. Thinking on the the job requires focused effort. Problem solving is a learned skill. Challenging individuals and organizations to consider the possibilities of achieving their desired results with waste-free processes is a fascinating journey.Big advocate of organizational health (Patrick Lencioni fan) and the idea of the game of work. We spend so much time at work. Why not make it something extraordinary?
