InnovA's back-office inventory management platform enables its customers to sell inventory via retail, online auctions, simulcast auctions, and via 3rd party marketplaces.

The Mid-Con Energy family of companies included a publicly traded MLP with an enterprise value that peaked out at over $700MM, a private equity sponsored entity that provided an ROI of 6X, two oil field service companies, and a private family owned operating company. With over 150 employees, Mid-Con operated over 1,500 wells, 5,000 BOE/d in gross production, and 12 service rigs across Texas, Oklahoma and Wyoming.
