I have worked in the Sports & Entertainment industry for many years and have enjoyed every single day of work. I continue to want to run the most efficient ticket operations department in the business. Having a great attitude and outlook on life while building relationships has been the key to all my success to this point. I have also worked with some of the greatest people in the world from all forms of ticketing and continue to stay in touch in order to network ideas, questions and sustain that personal relationship.My goals are to be well liked by everyone I cross paths with in regards to work and every day life. I want to be "cutting edge" with all of the new technologies that our industry has to offer in order to give our clients/customers the very best care when it comes to service and operations.Being the very best at what I do is my goal each and every day!Specialties: I have experience working with professional Soccer, Football, Basketball and other non-sporting type events that are played/performed in our arena.I have worked with Ticketmaster software for the majority of my career as our ticketing provider with expertise in Archtics. I work closely with league officials and a part of multiple task force groups with regards to the research/development of ticketing product functionality.
