Responsible for the inventory management and the procurement of portable/perishable tools and expendables for the 787 Dreamliner Program; the training of new analysts; the communication between Manufacturing and Tool Services; and, participation in a variety of production-team initiatives and lean activities, such as 787 point-of-use, tool control processes, and kit definition and distribution. Responsible for team leadership of Tool Room Attendants, Kellerman, Tool Room Team Leads and Tool Services Analysts. The team was responsible for the support and business operation of Tool Services for several 787 Process Centers, which included: customer service, servicing production requirements, procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of portable/perishable tools and expendables; participation in various manufacturing sponsored teams and initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, factory tool control, and manufacturing-integrated teams; and, process improvements. Responsible for supporting 787 Dreamliner Aft Body Production. Required to maintain inventory of portable/perishable tools and expendables for manufacturing production shops, and service them with their daily tooling needs. Responsible for the selling of Pediatric Pharmaceuticals and Infant Nutrition products to Healthcare Professionals such as Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians and Nurses, as well as influencing and monitoring retail sales.
