CurrentIn my role with Sierra-Cedar, I bring more than 25 years in university admissions experience. I have served in upper management as well as system implementation and upgrade functional lead roles with a focus on admissions and enrollment services business processes, functions, and technology support. Initially, I served as deputy director in the office of admissions for the University of Delaware where I participated as project team member and functional lead for the initial PeopleSoft 8.9 Recruiting and Admissions implementation and subsequent PeopleSoft 8.9 to 9.0 upgrade projects. Plus, I initiated and led the successful implementation of document imaging within enrollment services units. Most recently, my PeopleSoft 9.2 experience includes the Student Admissions and Campus Community modules for the University of Massachusetts System where integrations with Campus Solutions and external systems (CRM/Slate) were required. In preceding project assignments, I conducted an assessment of business processes for the PASSHE Northeast Integration and led Michigan State University’s successful PeopleSoft 9.2 Recruiting and Admission implementation along with the use of Evaluation Management. Additional projects include University of Florida’s and Pennsylvania State University’s successful Recruiting and Admissions implementation as well as St. Petersburg College PeopleSoft 9.2 Recruiting and Admissions upgrade where I served as a functional lead. Project experience includes most aspects of the project lifecycle and product experience encompasses Recruiting and Admissions, Automated Evaluation/Evaluation Management, Early Financial Aid Categories, Campus Community, 3Cs, Letter Generation, Transfer Credit Evaluation, PeopleSoft Query, Population Selection/Population Update, File Parser, Related Content, and Activity Guides.
