I've been in the health and wellness industry for 15 years. It has always been my goal to help as many people as I can to recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy mind and body. I've given speeches and hosted workouts with companies like Hilton Hotels. I've gone on tour with bands like Bon Iver, to help traveling musicians stay healthy on the road. I’ve been featured in the New York Times, Pitchfork, TIME, and MTV. I've led motivational discussions/workouts on campuses across the country from SUNY Plattsburgh to UCLA, and I continue to do individual and group workouts everyday.
