As a Senior Webcasting/AV+ technician I am required to operate technology to renderer Digicast Services for my customers. This role is responsible for supporting Digicast operations within, acquisitions dept. and Digicast studio on a daily basis. The position has a variable work week that is dependent on the volume of business throughout the year. Online Web-Conferencing, Audio, Video, and Virtual Events. Duties and Responsibilities. Represent Digicast with customers and suppliers. Production of daily operations in video and audio webcasting Encoding on off-site locations and network setup for live events. Install, Dismantle and Operate Equipment (Video, Sound, lighting) Ensure the proper operation of audiovisual equipment during customer events. Keep up to date with new products, technological and audiovisual developments. Technically assist company employees with the operation of our products. Work closely with project managers Perform any other related duties relevant to this position.
