Oversee programming for Salem Film Fest, the largest documentary film festival in Massachusetts, held annually in March with more than 6000+ attendees each year.Lead role in creative direction of festival programming; scout at festivals and research films; invite filmmakers, domestic and foreign distributors, and sales agents to submit films and serve as main point of contact in submission process; lead and manage film selection committee. Gather film information and related media; create and edit content for program book, website, press releases and social media. Assist in media outreach and serve as liaison for festival; initiate and maintain relationships with industry collaborators; play a lead role in overall festival logistics; coordinate festival program schedule with venue; arrange for filmmaker visits to elementary, secondary, and colleges and universities.During the festival oversee and manage film and event programming; moderate filmmaker Q&A sessions; provide hospitality to visiting filmmakers and industry members.In 2013, created and secured film industry sponsors for the Mass Reality Check, a documentary shorts showcase for Massachusetts’ college students and recent graduates.In 2014, created a forum for local filmmakers to share work-in-progress documentaries. In 2016, transformed event into the Doc-a-chusetts Pitch, a competition with an industry jury and a $5000 post-production award.In 2020, due to COVID-19, coordinated the transformation of our “in person” festival into a “virtual”festival. Researched online platforms, maintained contact with filmmakers and distributors as we developed a new festival strategy, leveraged virtual meeting technology to create additional filmmaker Q&A content.

Served as an associate producer on NEW ENGLAND TAILGATE, a sports weekly for Fox Sports New England. Also worked in various capacities such as font coordinator, editor, field audio, and production assistant for clientele such as: NCAA Productions, ESPN Regional Television, Zmedia, Inc., Pulse Media, David Smith Productions, Weisman Video Productions and VideoLink.

Produced, wrote and edited the hour-long sports documentary RUSTY WALLACE: IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT. Also produced, wrote and edited features for ESPN Top Rank Boxing, The Charlotte Hornets Television Network, Conference USA and Big 12 Games of the Week. Other duties included supervision of paintbox and on-line editing sessions; font coordination during live broadcasts; creation of production elements such as opens, teases and promos; and editing down of existing programming for time.

Worked as an editor for THE NBA ON TNT, editing highlights for pre-game and halftime shows. Also worked as an intern at CNN, recording feeds, logging games and press conferences and editing highlights for morning sports cut-ins during the CNN Morning Show.
