Special Missions Programs as Assigned Develop Program structure and provide winning proposals for various Special Mission programs at Gulfstream. Work with the customer to secure the program. Develop the program plan including budgets, schedules, communication plans, risk assessments and manage the program from beginning to end.Also working with Entry Into Service Program Directors for G450/550/650 programs on various projects as assigned.Program Manager for Materials of Concern effort at Gulfstream. This effort covers all models that are 1) in development, 2) in production, 3) in service. It focuses on sustainability and finding suitable substitutes for substances that contain chemicals that are either harmful to the environment or to humans and are likely to be either banned or severely limited in their use in the future due to government intervention.Applying management tools to ensure the projects are completed in an organized and coordinated fashion through good team communication, clear project goals and collaboration among all participating groups.

G650 Final Phase Project ManagementWorking with Project Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing and other responsible groups to complete product improvements related to the interior of the G650 Business Jet.During this time I have helped develop project teams, schedules, and plans to successfully implement product improvements to the G650 aircraft.Have coordinated with Suppliers and internal functional departments to execute changes in design, testing, build and installation of various internal components and structures.The results are reported to my senior management on a bi-weekly basis.

Development of statements of work, schedules, and program estimates. Project team development using matrix organization of company resources and qualified suppliers. Programs that I have developed, won and successfully managed include engineering design, tooling, manufacturing, modification, test, certification and delivery to the customer. Responsible for developing program budgets, tracking cost and schedule and projected margins for all my projects.Great customer relations with all my customers.
