Built a new inside sales team to support North American sales objectives. Created and implemented a corporate wide team selling process and commission structure. Increased sales corporate wide with the offerings of hardware, software, and services including CAD/CAM, FEA, PDM, SDM, CMM, QA inspection, conceptual/visual design, servers, routers, desktop systems, hardware installation services, standard and custom software training.• Coached and influenced the success of the Inside Sales Team. Changed the mindset of selling ‘products and functionality’ to end-users to selling ‘solutions and business value’ to key decision-makers.• Aligned the value of the Inside Sales Team to resolve inefficiencies found within the Direct Sales Force.• Improved overall sales efficiencies for individual Account Managers by over 50% in two consecutive quarters, from 72% to 124% respectively.• Developed several new successful accounts resulting in 30% annual revenue growth on a $1.3 million individual quota and $5.5 million Inside Sales Team quota.
