Jeff currently works for the Institute of Security Governance (part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency) as a Ministry of Defense Advisor (MoDA) to the Qatari Armed Forces in Doha, Qatar. The emphasis of his advisory role centers on military Joint Concepts, Doctrine, and Education in line with Qatar's Defense strategy in support of US and Qatari National Interests. Jeff retired from the US Army after 30 years of Active Federal Service in June 2021 where his last active duty assignment was as the Associate Provost for the US Army War College. Over the span of three-plus decades of service, he has served as a strategist, educator, and leader dedicated to personal, unit, and institutional core values. With a wealth of experience in multi-national, joint, and interagency environments (both while deployed overseas and in the United States), Jeff has sharpened his skills in leadership and strategy while operating in volatile and uncertain situations resulting in many creative solutions to complex issues.
