Create manufacturing support IPT and IDWs in Inventor. Configure and use Wood Work for Inventor to program proprietary CAD/CAM software applications. 10 machine types (38 machines total). Use of Autocad and manually writing G code for legacy machines. Configure and maintain 75 measurement PCs (Gainseeker and Polyworks software) with Faro measurement arms. Determine manufacturability processing steps of new materials. Create the techniques to support the manufacturability for materials that flow through the machines I service. Assist with troubleshooting of machinery and software setup, low level script writing.
