About Jeff Smedley

I started my career in multi-family in 1990. Over the past 3 plus years I have overseen several very successful sales teams at companies such as Apartment Guide, Network Communications, CallSource and LeaseHawk. Within each organization I was able to grow with them and take on additional responsibilities, becoming a VP at NCI and running the multifamily division at CallSource. At both organizations, we were able to create dynamic sales teams and double net revenue. In addition to sales management, I was also actively working with our teams to establish key relationships with C-Level executives across the country. I currently serve as the Chairman of the Board of NAA's National Suppliers Council. I also play a very active role with NMHC Supplier Partners Alliance (SPA) and am active on a national level at all multifamily leadership conferences.I have over 15 years of experience working in multifamily utility management. For the last several years I have worked for the industry leader, Conservice. Our 4k plus employees and singular focus are just part of why we are the utility experts.
