Manage and setup new estimating system (Label Traxx).Advise the marketing and graphic design team on the best ways to showcase the capabilities of the company for new business development. and coordinate the production of high quality samples.Work closely with the quality team to investigate and resolve non conformance issues initiated by internal and external stakeholders.Take a lead role in the integration of both digital and foil printing capability within the site. Manage the relationship between equipment supplier and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.Arrange and organise customer press pass/approvals to ensure all elements are available and also all details are efficiently communicated to stakeholders. Attending customer line trials to provide troubleshooting support.

Line manage a team of 5 customer service representatives to ensure stakeholder accounts are managed to agreed standards.Establish and report KPI's with stakeholders. Attend face to face meetings with external stakeholders.Manage key accounts.

Manage inventory and purchasing processes.Produce weekly and monthly reports to Managing Director.Analyse monthly performance reports to highlight and improve P&L.User/technical support for management information (Imprint) and IT systems.Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate quotations and tenders.

Ensure an efficient workflow through artwork studio, pre-press, print and finishing departments.Manage stock control and coordinate logistics to meet customer needs.Negotiate with suppliers to purchase all raw materials and consumables within a defined budget.

Create and implement a manual production scheduling system.Plan workflow through production in an effective and efficient manner. Integrate manual production scheduling system into an automated management information system.
