As an Operations Group Manager for the Caterpillar Oil, Gas and Marine Division with Mississippi Reman, I have been responsible for the execution of PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost) within the Engines, Cranks, and Blocks and Cylinder Head Value Streams. At the beginning of 2020, I accepted a role change to be a part of the implementation of the QAD system to upgrade, eliminate and align many of our older systems used throughout our value streams. This is a unique opportunity outside of the operations roles that I have been in throughout my career.
